What we keep, why, and how to have it removed.
AI Visible shows a business whether ChatGPT and Gemini name it when people ask what’s on in their town. To do that, and to follow up with people who want help showing up, we keep some of what you type into this site. This page says what, why, for how long, and how to have it removed.
What we keep

Who processes it
- OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Google (Gemini) receive the question, with your town, to answer it. They do not receive your email.
- Anthropic reads a flyer you upload, to fill in the form.
- Stripe handles payment.
- Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting) store and serve the data for us.
- Our CRM (GoHighLevel). If you leave an email, your business name, website, town, result, how far you got, and your event details are copied there so our team can follow up.
- What’s Next. When you pay, your event goes to What’s Next to be published. Your email is never shown there.
We don’t sell your details.
How long we keep it
We keep leads, including event details you typed but didn’t pay for, until you ask us to remove them. Answer text from free checks is cleared after 90 days. Orders are kept as long as the law requires for payment records. Retention wording · Dave confirms
Stopping emails, and removing your details
- Unsubscribe from any email we send, or write to us. We stop emailing you and mark you as do-not-contact in our CRM.
- Delete: ask us and we remove your leads, and the matching contact in our CRM. Orders you paid for are kept as payment records.
Your California rights (CCPA)
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and opt out of emails at any time. We don’t sell or share personal information for advertising. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights. Placeholder copy · Dave rewrites

Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes too. The notice under the email field is versioned, and we record which version you saw when you left your email.
